Liverpool starlet Bobby Duncan is the latest English youngster to be targeted by the Bundesliga.

Duncan – the cousin of Anfield legend Steven Gerrard – is being tracked by Bayern Munich and RB Leipzig, among others.

The 17-year-old arrived from Manchester City in the summer and has enjoyed a successful start to life at Liverpool – even training with Jurgen Klopp’s first team.

The England youth international has scored 10 goals for Liverpool’s academy this season and his performances have not gone unnoticed abroad.

A number of English football’s brightest talents have moved to Germany in recent seasons in an attempt to get regular first team football.

Jadon Sancho left Manchester City for Borussia Dortmund and has since made his debut for England.

Arsenal’s Reiss Nelson is on loan at Hoffenheim and is close to Gareth Southgate’s squad following a successful start to life in Germany.

And Duncan is the latest to attract the Bundesliga’s top clubs.

It was reported earlier in the year that Dortmund, following the success of Sancho, would be keen to delve back into England’s rich supply of talented youngsters by taking an interest in Duncan.

He is not the only one turning heads in Germany, with Phil Foden and Calum Hudson-Odoi also causing interest due to a lack of first-team action.
